Common questions
Can my switchboard handle an EV charger?
Most modern boards can. I do a load assessment first — if you need a board upgrade, I quote that separately. Many 1970s-80s Hills homes need an upgrade anyway.
Single-phase or three-phase?
Single-phase (32A) suits most people — overnight charging easily covers daily driving. Three-phase is for acreage properties that already have it, or if you need faster charging.
Do you supply the charger?
I can supply Tesla Wall Connectors and quality universal units. Or install one you've bought — just check with me first that it's compliant.
